"This was such a great option for my family. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms so my kiddo had their own space. The kitchen was adequately provisioned with utensils and pots and pans. "Overall, our stay was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we experienced was that the TV in the living/common area was not working. Maintenance came out to take a look and advised that it was a programming issue. Fortunately, the TV in the bedroom worked, but it was still disappointing not to have the main TV available during our stay. "So the “resort” is ok. You will be hounded about the time share meeting from check in to check out. The property is older but the pool area on the 5th floor and the roof top were nice. They basically refused to clean the room the 5 days we were there. I was told “you can change the sheets yourself”. The housekeeping staff was not great. Valet staff were nice and helpful.
