"This is a beautiful hotel! The view was amazing and the room was immaculate. We ate both lunch and breakfast at the restaurant overlooking the water and both were very good. Staff was super pleasant and we even got text messages checking on our satisfaction with everything. It’s a very short (and beautiful) walk over the bridge to Petco Park. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"I arrived on a Friday at 5 PM, but my room wasn’t ready until 6:30 PM. After a long drive, I was already quite tired, so the delay was disappointing. That said, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well, they offered a complimentary drink and upgraded my room, which I really appreciated. I’m not sure what caused the delay behind the scenes, but despite that inconvenience, the front desk team was outstanding and the room itself was very comfortable.
