"Everything was amazing, we loved entire aesthetic. However, we ran into some staff that was very helpful and some that were not. Most of our issues were with the restaurants. They would turn us around saying we needed reservations when that wasn’t true. All of the bar staff was very nice and fun. Our favorite was Juan. Kao was our favorite restaurant experience there. My friend went to Cal and loved it as well."

"The best experience at a hotel I’ve ever had. Decided to do the extra experiences at the restaurants which was delicious. The chef came out and did a wonderful presentation. We also did two excursions. One for Isla Mujeres and a Deep Water Fishing. The fish we caught during our fishing trip was cooked by the chef just for us. We had an absolutely amazing time. Everyone was very attentive and helpful."

"The room was great however the service was slow and the alcohol was generic only a couple name brands. We had to pay an upgrade to get some limited premium alcohol but this upgrade was available only in certain bar areas. Jonathan in the 21st floor bar was amazing! Overall the stay was ok"

"Our stay was incredibly disappointing. We traveled as a group of 10 and were repeatedly treated poorly by staff. Despite being together, we were often told we could not sit together, which made the experience frustrating from the start. Customer service was terrible. "This property is absolutely gorgeous. All of the workers are so nice, welcoming and helpful. It was really easy to navigate. The all inclusive is amazing, they also have a buffet everyday until 11pm. Workers constantly wanting to feed you and give you drinks (all inclusive). They just want to see you have a great time. It is beautiful at the Wyndham Grand, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else."
