"Very worth the money. The food was very good. I just wish they offer a golf cart or shuttle service to stop at the security gate bc they don’t let all tours in and we had to walk from the security gate all the way to the hotel. Also more frequent shuttle to the beach club I guess"

"The food at the restaurant was expensive and not really good. Service was ok. The pool bar person was not very nice. Many restrictions with times. The concierge was just interested in selling the time share. "

"The waiters, hostes's,bartenders were really nice and their service to us was perfect. Hotel was clean. Disappointed with the beach most days covered with seaweed & it wasn't raked very often. Pools clean. If you are looking to enjoy your food while there you might be disappointed. Buffet was not very"

"We had to move after 2 nights b/c they were doing construction outside our door. The 1st night in the 2nd place a woman let herself into our room with the key, saying she booked it through airbnb. She’s been given the wrong info. 2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it. Our stovetop has electrocuted me multiple times even though I was very careful after the 1st time. Our 5th night the microwave lit on fire. 2 security guys came to to try to find out...

"Very good internet, location, pools, beach, loungers, rooms and beds. This is a time share and there’s a hard push on listening to the time share pitch which we didn’t love. They had bingo at 3:00p at the pool, which was fun and interactive. The rooms were large! We booked the grand suite and there was plenty of room for three people. We each had our own bed and sleeping area. Quiet."

"We arrived early had to wait until 3 o’clock for our room. When we got to our room there was stains all on the couches. They were out of washcloths second day of stay . We were charged for using two towels with sand and lipstick on it. I have never been in a hotel where they charged you for using a towel with sand on there."

"We stayed at the Paradisus Cancun resort and it was amazing. From the wonderful staff at the pool bar - Mitchel, Carlos, Juan and Isaie - kept our cups filled to the awesome entertainment at night by Giovanni (he is a vibe :), to the relaxing spa treatment with Ruth who was so accommodating and Daniela who gave the best 75minute massage to our concierge Carlos and newbie Jefferson to the front desk staff Janet. It was a perfect vacation for my family. Will definitely go again!"
