"This place is like the best kept secret. Friendly environment - they're always saying hey, always smiling, etc.; safe - security asks room numbers to anyone entering and leaving the property; Sports Arena Bar - delicious; beach area - they're out there early in the morning raking seaweed; My mom needed her blood pressure checked everyday and they so kindly did that for her. Not only that, they watched her and kept an eye on her throughout our entire stay and would ask if she was doing great; the head gardener - He has been at that property for over 20 years and was so friendly; towel boys - Friendly; that part of the beach is absolutely stunning; the area is quiet, but doesn't feel vacant; you never have to fight for chairs; the place is clean and they are ALWAYS updating something and staying on top of things; lifeguard was very attentive to his job; housekeepers - Wonderful; I really cannot say enough about this place and I have traveled all over the world. Best part of it all, AFFORDABLE, but they don't sacrifice the quality. Pools are Amazon and there are so many; beautiful property; I was stunned to see how nice this place was after what I paid. The bartenders work hard and friendly. Everyone looked like they loved their job even if they didn't. incredible place and enjoyed every second of it."

"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at; they don't prioritize guests, nor do they control the street vendors who enter—with the hotel's permission—to sell cigarettes and vapes. On top of that, those same vendors offer drugs and prostitution services. I was shocked, given that it’s a family hotel, to see such things allowed. I saw several young people buying from these vendors. I approached Raquel (at the "Pyramid" section) to let her know, and she told me it wasn't her problem and that I should take any report to the main lobby—*what*? I also saw young people offering escort services, and they weren't even wearing wristbands. I found a young man, heavily intoxicated, sprawled out in front of my room door; when I told the receptionist, she said, "It's normal, we'll send someone," yet more than 30 minutes passed and the young man was still lying there on the floor. The entire experience was terrible from the moment we arrived. Timeshare salespeople wouldn't leave us alone for over 30 minutes, even though I told them I wasn't interested in anything—that I just wanted to rest for the weekend and "thanks, but no thanks." She kept at it until I finally got annoyed and asked her to please let us rest. In the lobby, we were given wristbands and told to use a link to book restaurant reservations, since you can't eat at any of the restaurants without one—except for the buffet, which serves the same food all the time."

"This resort is amazing! I love how clean everything is and it smells so good. The staff is friendly and excellent at what they do. The best part of staying in the Coral adults only section is that guests can also enjoy the amenities in the main building. My husband and I had a wonderful time and honestly have no complaints. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return."
