"Clean Room. Food was really good, the staff was great. Airport shuttle we called the hotel 3 days before our arrIval and they scheduled our transportation. We chose the private transportation we didn’t had to wait for other people they picked us up fast."

"Everything was as you would expect. The club… is it worth it? Just about, but we didn’t eat there for dinner - no atmosphere. Things to be improved: 1. Allowing people to leave their towels on a sun lounger who then disappear for 1/2 the day. 2. The parasailing company that operates next to the hotel on the beach - they drive their jet skis way too fast and way too close those in the water. "

"We stayed at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun and overall had a good experience. The resort was clean, quiet, and the greenery around the property was beautiful. A few downsides stood out. Pool chairs were taken by 7 AM every morning, making it tough to enjoy the pool unless you got up early. The food was good but not great—lots of options, just nothing especially memorable. "A wonderful time spent at the SMC resort. On this trip we didn't do the spa. It was a bit noisy than we're use to but we still had a relaxing time. We stayed as preferred club and not only was the service excellent in preferred but all over the resort. We cannot complain about the meals or our drinks and watching the entertainment outdoors under the moon and stars made it special. One drawback is they try to sell you timeshare but they did not pressure us when we declined. So thumbs up for SMC."

She’s been given the wrong info. 2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it. "Clean, beautiful, only adults hotel; old but well-maintained. Small, but if you need more amenities, you can use the sibling hotel next door. Be ready for craziness with kids and family all over the place. "

"Very good internet, location, pools, beach, loungers, rooms and beds. This is a time share and there’s a hard push on listening to the time share pitch which we didn’t love. They had bingo at 3:00p at the pool, which was fun and interactive. The rooms were large! We booked the grand suite and there was plenty of room for three people. "This resort is in dire need of renovation. The room was basis. The couch had stains. No shower door to prevent water from getting everywhere. The toilet had low pressure. Took at least 3 flushes to get anything down. The pool looked nice. The restaurant was pretty good. Just slow service. This resort is primarily for Spanish speaking guests. It was low cost.
