"Convenient and busy hotel"

"I expected a picture perfect stay. The only things that were slightly off: 1. mag-safe phone charger wasn’t working (they replaced it) 2. Breakfast was amazing but waiter never asked me if I wanted any juice. 3. The arrangement of the floors is a little wacky. The 41st floor is reception. You take an elevator to higher floors to reach the guest rooms. To get to fitness center you go to 45th floor for entrance and then a side elevator to 47th floor for actual gym/pool. "I stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient and close to restaurants and public transportation. Breakfast had good variety, and the Wi-Fi worked well. I would definitely stay here again."

"THE STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE-- FROM THE MOMENT WE WALKED IN THE DOOR UNTIL OUR DEPARTURE, THEY WERE POLITE AND ACCOMODATING, EVEN TO THE POINT OF WALKING WITH US WHEN WE WERE UNSURE OF THE LOCATION OF VAIROUS FACILITIES. THE BUILDING IS UNDER RENOVATION, SO THERE WERE CERTAIN AREAS THAT WERE A BIT WORN, BUT ONCE THESE PHYSICAL IMPROVEMENTS IMPROVE THIS COULD BE A FIVE-STAR HOTEL. "Hotel is nearby the Disneyland and have free shuttle bus to and from the Disneyland station to hotel. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Very attentive to our request as Muslim. He had requested the restaurant to prepare a Muslim friendly food - for our breakfast we had salmon steaks for all of us. Thank you very much for the kind understanding making your hotel as international standard. Well done Hilton!"
