"Difficult to decide what would raise this from a 3 star to 4 star hotel apart from larger rooms, bathrooms, TV screen & extra furniture because everyhthing in the hotel was beyond what we expected. Good choice in menu (although fresh filter coffee rather than the machine Americano would have been preferable), well prepared & the portions generous. We expect to go back on another occasion. "

"So glad my friend and I booked a room at Revado for a few nights in Norwich! It is so conveniently located just 5 minutes from the train station, with plenty of bus stops if you don't walk to city center. The room was spacious and clean, and there was a nice little treat tray when we arrived. Staff was so very, very nice. We had just one meal at the Namaste restaurant. I wish we could have had more!
