"There is no wifi, even after I was told there was. The pool was usually clised. The mini mart was usually closed. Even when open, very limited on food, especially since no can opener was available and is needed. There's no ATM and they do not accept cards. The pigeons outside kitchen window made it unappetizing to eat. There is no restaurant as stated. The beach is ok but hard to reach since the place is surrounded by a barbed wire fence making it seem like a prison. The tv did not work at all....

"had some issues checking in as the property was located in the middle of a residential area with inadequate signs. it was very airbnb-esqe, genuinely thought that we were screwed when we could not find the property after driving a few rounds. when we did find the property via a faded sign, there was no number on the sign to call as this property was not manned at all. to be fair they did whatsapp a message beforehand but it appeared as a foreign number and we do not entertain unsolicited...

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton and would definitely rate it 5 stars. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. Everything was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and premium. The front desk staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A nice touch was the warm chocolate cookie given during check-in. It was delicious! I even asked if I could have a few more, and the staff happily gave me another two cookies with a smile. Small gestures like this really make guests feel valued. Another highlight is the shopping mall located directly below the hotel. It is lively and convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options, yet the hotel itself remains peaceful and quiet. It strikes a perfect balance between being in the heart of the action and having a relaxing environment. Overall, an excellent stay with great service, comfortable accommodations, and a fantastic location. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."
