It wasn't what i expected
It is cheap n great location but there wasn't any onecto contact anyone regarding the room.
Toilet not working the second day n its not kids friendly at all.
Its just like hiring a room.

Spacious but not clean
Very high security "checking" which is good. You need a pass card to enter the main entrance. Police is everywhere. Room is spacious but not clean. The bed sheet got blood strain and room has strong smells of cigarettes. Only got two towels however we have 4 pax checked in. Upon check in around 10 mins, the cleaner just open our door and came in using their pass card and thought no one inside. The next day, we are out for breakfast and back to our hotel around 11.45am, shock that got people inside to clean our room and put all our things / luggage / etc. on the floor. By right they have no right to enter our room and do the cleaning as standard check out time is 12.00pm!!! We are then checked out from the room around 11.50am.
I think the management of Service Suites @ Times Square should informed their tenant on guests / customers / hotels / etc. ethics. Thank you. Overall 2 Star rating.

The property is located right in the center of the city making it so easy to go to places. As I am planning to come back to the city in the future and may be looking for a place to stay each time, I learn that I should not take anything for granted. I will make sure that I'd check about the amenities including the room cleaning service or other little things such as water bottles (as promised).
If you prefer to reserve this service, make sure you have an access to call the property owner including an access to a local call, etc. I had to borrow a local's cell phone number to reach the owner to tell him I arrive. The only way for you to access the lobby is if the owner grants you access to the entrance.
The power outlet in the country is completely different from it is in my home country. Fortunately, the mall is just in the basement level so I could buy one.

MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL IN KL
We arrived at the front waiting to check in, we were denied entrance to the building and waited for 15 mins before the staff in-charge of the room came out. The staff showed us to a room where the previous tenant has NOT CHECKED OUT, the condition was HORRIBLE with comb on sofa, clothes spilling out of luggage, used tissues all over the place etc... staff told us to wait 30 mins for the tenant to come back and cleaner to clean the room. So we waited. After 30 mins, no one showed up, so we grabbed another staff (from similar company) and told him that we wanted another room. The staff was reluctant but when we insisted, he called his boss and obtained approval for us to switch the room.
The other room was not cleaned either, but in much better condition, at least the tenant has checked out. We waited for ONE WHOLE HOUR for the cleaner to come and clean.
Overall, I will NEVER come back and NOT RECOMMEND this to my friends.

Rummen luktade rök, det fanns ingen reception. Man blev tvungen att ringa till någon och fick vänta ca 3 timmar innan han kom så vi kunde få nyckel till rummet. Det fanns ingen Wi-Fi på rummen heller.

First and the last.
Upon arrival, we had to wait outside the entrance for 10-15 minutes for the agent to meet us for check in. The room was a bit old and shabby looking. There were some parts of the wooden laminate floor that was missing. The sewage pipe in the bathroom was blocked causing a little flood in the bathroom. And most importantly there were cockroaches roaming around the room and bathroom. To be honest, i am quite disappointed in the room. The agent on the other hand is a nice and friendly guy but too bad for the rooms.

A Nightmare
There is no reception. For check in and out you have to call a number and a very inpolite and stressed guy tells you when he has time to meet you for check in. For check out its the same. He gives you the feeling not to be welcome at all. The room is old and not clean. The pictures of the room must be very old. There is no extra bed available. If you book for 4 persons there will be only one double and one single bed. The key card didn't work when we come back at night. So we can't enter the room. The inpolite guy didn't answer the phone so we had no place to sleep. Next chance to enter the room was at check out next day. Worst room I have ever booked.

숙박비 바가지.룸서비스 최악
체크인할때 매니저가와서 방5개를예약햇으나 무료로1개를더줄테니 맘껏써라고 얘기해서 썻는데 2일뒤에 다른사람이와서 그방 쓰면안다고 방빼고 그동안쓴비용 400링깃(12만원)을 더달라고하네요.
그리고 룸서비스최악입니다 샤워부스고장 휴지 수건 드라이기 하나도 제대로 제공해주지않아요 계속건의를해도 해준다고 기다리라고만하지 해결해주지않습니다 절때 추천하지않아요

5개 예약했는데 6개방줘서 우린5개 예약했다하니 그냥 주는거다 해서 받았더니 나중에 며칠자게 하더니 우리 실수인정한다 그치만 숙박한 돈달라고 적반하장으로 양아치짓했어요. 저희 단체라고 돈없다하니 너희들 돈 조금씩보태면되잖아 이지랄하고 결국 돈 냈어요 아니면 현재 묵고있는방 짐 빼겠다고해서.. 영어 잘못하니까 더 빠르게 말하고..ㅡㅡ

House kipping is not everyday.
They do not give free water, toilet tissue, refrigerator, shower tool, towel and extra bedclothes.
Shower box is not turn on the light.

我抵達酒店沒有櫃台 沒人接待 經警衛人员連繋後等了30分鐘後 跑过来的是一个黑人 告訴我説我訂的房間已経没有了 我説已経訂完了也已付款了為何?他也無法解答?硬要我住其它酒店并另硬要问我收錢馬幣650令吉 是何理由?這僡播上網出去誰敢預訂H. C 的酒店?請回答!

RM9/per night as advertising in website is not true, very expensive for Parking, because no cover by hotel.

좋은 전망 그러나 낡은 객실. 이돈이면 차라리 낮은층의 좋은 객실을 쓰세요.
호텔방중에 가장 낡고 오래된 방을 여행사(오존트래블 등)가 묶음 구매를 한뒤 판매하는 형태인듯 합니다. 그래서 호텔 기본 서비스(커피&티, 와이파이, 침구청결유지) 등이 잘 되어있지 않아요. 냉장고도 더럽고 이불에도 뭐가 많이 묻어있고, 벌레도 발견했습니다.
다만 위치는 정말 좋고, 고층에 페트로나스트윈타워도 보여서 전망하나는 좋아요. 근데 진짜 1박이어서 다행이었지, 다시는 묵고 싶지 않은 스위트에요.
이 서비스스위트의 주인은 수단 남자이고, 친절하긴 한데 왠지 부담스럽긴 합니다.
이백 링깃의 보증금을 우선 받아둡니다.
