"This hotel is in the perfect location to explore Bath. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite and we loved our stay here as a family. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but this did not impact on our stay at all. The bar area is really welcoming and breakfast was delicious. Great stay"

"Parking is a nightmare all year around. The hotel staff are lovely. The hotel is slowly being modernised. We decided to stay an extra night and was able to experience an updated and quieter room which was lovely Both rooms were clean and tidy. "

We were able to check in early as our room was ready and we were able to leave our bags at the hotel after checking out so we could go round the town.
