"An outstanding hotel with excellent facilities and a calm, refined atmosphere. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, and the overall standard (from the rooms to the shared spaces) is consistently high. The vinyl listening area is a particular highlight and adds a genuinely distinctive touch. What really elevates this hotel, however, is the staff. After an accident earlier in the day that left me with a back injury and a damaged suitcase, I needed help with a situation that was both stressful and unexpected. Kotomi handled this with remarkable kindness and professionalism. She showed real empathy and went out of her way to assist as much as possible, which made a difficult moment far easier to manage. Based on both the quality of the hotel itself and the care shown by Kotomi, I would not hesitate to stay here again."
