We had a wonderful stay in two rooms for our family of 5. The rooms were spacious and stylish, and the breakfast was wonderful. We also loved the location - very close to Gion district and lots of delicious restaurants. Central to the various sites we wanted to see during ing our 5 day trip. Both the lunch and dinner were formal, but delicious!!!

Absolutely awesome stay at Fauchon! The room was impeccable and every detail has been well thought out. The hotel is in a great location, walkable to many tourist sights, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend and will stay here next time we are in Kyoto!

Beautiful property. Staff were so helpful. Check in was the nicest check in experience I could ever imagine. Tea and snack while they confirmed out room was ready. I would highly recommend. Service is over the top. Daisuke, the guest services manager runs the hotel with precision and never fails to take care of his guests. The rooms are beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Dyson hairdryers are just the beginning. A beautiful spread of hors dā€™ oeuves are serves every afternoon in the lounge. We are grateful to have found this hotel and will definitely be back.

The staff was amazing! On a scale of 1-10, they get an 11! It is obvious that the Fauchon brand puts a lot of emphasis on training their staff and it shows. From the cleaning staff (room was spotless) to the concierge staff (special shout out to Momoka and Daisuki) who greatly care about meeting the needs of guests.
