"Room was fine, quite big which was nice. Housekeeping is on request so be aware of that. Wish I was told that when I checked in. The location is not the best. Quite far from the centre, will need to be ready to do 16 min walk before having the option of public transport. Not a lot of food places around as well. "

"The women operating the breakfast area were very unprofessional, for some reason harassing me four times to pay for the breakfast, which I did afterwards,…the hotel had said online the price was 10 euros, and I paid double, and that for a breakfast with very cold scrambled eggs, and cold hash browns. The hotel never advertised their breakfast rate at the hotel or online either. I certainly feel a refund is in order, not just bc of the way I was treated, but also bc of the poor food and the lack of advertising their rate. On the positive side, Oktay,one of the desk staff, was extremely courteous and helpful."

"Hotel was ok, not the cleanest, car park and outdoor area a bit run down, and walls of the room were very thin, main issue was the lack of restaurant facilities which we only found out after checking in as the restaurant was shut for off season, which was not advertised in advance, while there was vending machines the selection was limited and there was no where near the hotel to get food without taking tram ride which was very inconvenient for breakfast. "
