"Nearest tram stop is Uilenstede. Walk through the university campus about 15 minutes. Safe and quiet environment. You can take 5/25 and transfer to Tram 24 at Gerrit van der veenstr. Travel time is about 45 - 55 mins from hotel to Amsterdam centraal, further than zaan dam to Amsterdam centraal."

"My stay at Ibis Amsterdam Airport was extremely disappointing. This was easily one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere. The property felt more like a rundown budget motel than a reputable hotel. The room was tiny, roughly 10x10, with an uncomfortably cramped and poorly designed bathroom. The food was honestly unacceptable. I forced myself to take a few bites just to avoid going hungry, and even then I was concerned about getting sick. That’s not something you should ever feel at a hotel. Overall, this was a complete waste of money. It unfortunately put a damper on what was otherwise a great trip. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere and choosing a better hotel chain."

"It's very expensive and basic. There is no breakfast included, and you have to pay an additional fee for local taxes when you show up. For that much money, I was expecting at least a spacious room. The rooms are very small."

"The pools were closed while we were there so we didn’t go into the spa facilities. Our room had a large bathtub which was perfect. The park area around the hotel is lovely nature and it is a short walk to the tram station to go into the city. "
