The service was amazing. Staff is very helpful and extremely professional. The tram station/stop is very close which makes it super easy to commute from here to downtown Amsterdam. Overall, I would say it was an awesome experience.

Pleasant stay as usual, convenient for synagogues and kosher food, hotel is aging a little, a big tare and hole in the curtains, stairs were dirty over the weekend, breakfast became a bit more basic than in former years. Altogether a pleasant stay.

Aangenaam hotel buiten het centrum van Amsterdam. Heel gemakkelijk te bereiken met openbaar vervoer( tram). Nette kamers, vriendelijk personeel, prima ontbijt. Goede prijs/kwaliteit.

Amsterdam trip

Rigtig godt ophold, ikke så mange resturanter i nærheden kun italienske pizzeriaer eller indisk/sushi. Ca 20 min kørsel ind til byen. Morgenmaden var sparsom men alligevel god. Der var brød, 2 slags og toastbrød, pålæg, ske mad både med mælk og yoghurt og croissant med og uden chokolade. Derudover var der juice maskine som den ene dag ikke duede og ellers frugt og kaffe

Comfortable stay with helpful staff.

Very friendly and helpful manager. Our room was south facing and got quite warm. The air con was not able to cope with it. Immediately offered a room swap which we declined as it meant moving all our belongings on day 2. Instead a fan was put in our room for our comfort. Complimentary continental breakfast was good. Quite a good selection and very fresh pastries. Location 2 mins walk from a very regular tram service to the train stations and centre of town.

Netter Empfang und durch die Tramhaltestelle gute Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum. Unser Zimmer war allerdings schon sehr abgewohnt…schmutzige Wände, Löcher im Vorhang, Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen und die Lüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht. Schade!

Ok hotel, very bad breakfast

Hotel was reasonably good, as can be expected. Decent size room, but lack of storage opportunities for clothing etc. which will leave you to live out of your suitcase for the stay. Absolute downside is the breakfast - all prebaked goods were absolutely burned, not just once, but daily. You would be able to knock someone out with the croissants served at the breakfast. Apart from the breakfast, the hotel in general was ok, but it is a strange thing that you can store your luggage on the arrival day before checking in - but, if you need to store it the day of departure because of a late flight, then you have to pay for it.
