"The service was amazing. Staff is very helpful and extremely professional. The tram station/stop is very close which makes it super easy to commute from here to downtown Amsterdam. Overall, I would say it was an awesome experience. "
"Our stay was good, the rooms were really small and the hotel itself is outdated. Our shower head was broken and had mould in it. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you into the main town which was good. Overall you can find a better hotel for a similar price. "
"Amazing location for it's access to transportation. Very nice staff, clean facility, quality rooms. I found the lack of cheap food options to be frustrating, but overall the stay here was fantastic. "

"This was most convenient as we had an overnight layover in Amsterdam and were able to walk to and from the hotel to the airport. The hotel and room had everything we needed, with easy check-in, check-out and a pretty good restaurant onsite. The rooms are pretty small but very efficient space wise and very modern with management of the rooms on ipads in the room..... in order to adjust the temperature, lights, tv etc. "
"The staff was amazingly helpful at all times and complimentary beverages in the lobby were nice. Also excellent availability of ice. Across the street from a lovely canal cruise company that is part of I Amsterdam and around the corner from the hop on hop off bus. Walkable to many restaurants and the Rijk. The in house restaurant is very good but very expensive. "
"Easy to get to from the airport shuttle. Last time I stayed in the Ibis next door which had many more features, but this was $20 cheaper and I was flying out in the morning."
"The check in was very easy. The staff members were all friendly and eager to help. Check out also easy. Loved the iPad in the room to work the lights and blinds. The location is very close to the train station which makes it very easy to get around Amsterdam! "
