"This was my second time staying here, the first time was great because my room was upgraded which I do appreciate a lot, it was really huge but the aircond wasnt cold. Staff service was bad during my first stay though it was weekdays and not full house, but I came again because we love the hotel, their facilities and surroundings. My second stay was a lot better, we booked Premium Suite as we loved our first room so much but despite booking the same package, this room was much smaller but the water pressure was better and room is really cold which I really love & appreciate during hot weather. Staff service was so much better this time, staff service was fast eventhough full house during Merdeka public holidays. I really love my second stay compared to my first visit just because staff service was nicer, but a bit bummed as staff during our check in didnt informed us on Merdeka promo buffet dinner. He should be more informative and attentive. Breakfast was average, just as same like my first visit. But other than that everything was great, except room floor was dusty, and bits of food from previous customer was scattered around, and the bathroom rail curtain fell on my head which was terrible and well, painful. Therefore the clealiness was not up to par. Kana the janitor, was kind and friendly. Service from staff were great, but I hope they will be more informative in future. But I love this hotel. Thank you for the fruits & chocolates, they were yummy. Recommended! "

"Check in experience not good, no smile, not friendly, slow and dosent know what she is doing. Keep asking the same question despite answered her 3 different times. Prolonging the check in process by Asking to show my hotels.com booking number so on and so forth. I have drove 5 hrs to reach ur resort n very tiring.. Totally different from Shangri-La KL check in process which is fast n friendly. Bell men ignoring u just because im an asian dosent mean i dont tips.. not helpful at all even seeing me with a lots of luggage n bags. But when westerner came in, swamp to them. Room very nice and great view. Water pressure slow. Bath room pressure Became even slower (like 2 lines of pee) if i on the balcony bath tub tab to fill up the tub. Bath tub not clean by Housekeeping staff dead insects still around with aged n dried lizard poos Housekeeping runner Hassan(not room attendant Hassan on 2456 floor) very accommodative , knowing im having leg sore , he placed the 2 hard pillow at the bottom of the bed. FNB staffs all with a smile. Chef at roti bakar prepare the roti without me asking after the first day he know how i want my roti bakar. Impressive! Check out experience very professional and great by the indian lady (not able to catch her name) The whole experience changed from worst to great by the caring runner, attentive fnb staffs n the great checkout experience. "
