Simply put, the best hotel on the island.

Simply put, the best hotel on the island. Your search is complete. Beautiful complex, exclusive sunset views from the pool, restaurant and ocean view rooms, outstanding food and service from a wonderful team. A hire car is recommended (as it is anywhere on the island) as taxis are in short supply and expensive.

A hotel with magical energy.

Fully recommended. A hotel with such magical energy, it captivates you from the moment you arrive. You will not regret booking. If you can splurge on an ocean view room the views at all times are spectacular but particularly sunset where you will have your own private view versus other more crowded places on the island.

Domes is thoroughly recommended. The property is beautiful, suspended on the edge of the cliff it is a wonderful place to sit and loose the worries of the world. Staff and service are outstanding, the team do everything possible and more to look after all your needs. The restaurant is of the highest standard, breakfast through dinner. It is above the standard of many comparable on the island.

This property is exquisite. The rooms are perfect, the staff extremely pleasant and helpful and everything you want or need is readily available. Staff went out of their way to refund us for one night when we were unable to get there because very high winds caused all ferries to be canceled.

Amazing stay, very clean room , the front desk team are incredible! The only thing I would like to mention is that the a/c was a little noisy and the housekeeper was talking loudly outside of our door early morning

We stayed four nights during our visit to Milos. We stayed in one of the White Coast Suites with a sea view. Great location for being in a quiet area but still accessible to the rest of the island. We had a car with us, and recommend doing the same if you’re planning on exploring around the island. Unbeatable views, especially at sunset. Extremely hospitable and friendly staff. We will definitely stay here when we visit Milos again.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Milos! You will not find views, food, service like this. It is currently being rebranded and off a dirt road but that’s part of the charm of Milos! The views, room, pools, and food over 5 stars.. honestly impeccable!!

The views surrounding the hotel were incredible. Wherever you were sat, at the restaurant/ at the pool / on the terrace / in your room, you were surrounded by the most beautiful views. This is the most peaceful and most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are amazing, and are always going out of their way to ensure that everything is in order and whether there is anything more they can do for you. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Exceptional experience

Our experience at Domes White Coast Milos was memorable for all the right reasons. The property itself is beautifully designed, adapting to the light and the mood of the day. Rooms were minimal and aesthetically pleasing leaving the focus to be the wonderful views of the vista form within, we were lucky enough to have an ocean view. The staff are friendly, efficient and enormously helpful when required going out of their way on numerous occasions. Breakfast is good quality with a mix of buffet and a la carte options. Beyond this, we'd also recommend the restaurant for lunch or dinner, if the latter hope to be treated to the most spectacular sunsets as the day closes over Sarakiniko. Thoroughly recommended.

Overall, this hotel was ok. As part of the Small Luxury hotels of the world I expected a little bit more. The service at breakfast and dinner was slow, it took a while to get anything. Check in was also a little rough with one person working the desk with 5 people checking in. There was no service by the pool so couldn’t order food or drinks while enjoying the pool area. The room was the star of the show with your own pool and amazing views no matter where you are. The operations manager and staff were really friendly and made the stay welcoming. They just seemed to be understaffed which again is a little disappointing considering this is a SLH brand. Also if you are a Expedia VIP access member, they do not acknowledge that status here which was also unfortunate. For the price of the hotel I expected more.

Where do I even start! I’ve had the most wonderful trip staying at Domes White Coast. The lovely people here have gone above and beyond and extended so much kindness! I arrived very early in the morning having taken an overnight flight. They instantly made me feel welcome my room wasn’t ready yet but they kindly offered me a room so that I can sleep for a few hours which they are under no obligation to do. The staff here are so kind and always have a smile on their faces! The dinner at the restaurant was DIVINE every single night! It’s the best food you’ll find on the island really no need to go anywhere else for food ha! The hotel and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the sunsets that you can view from here are magical! Again you won’t find a better place in Milos to view the sunset! Everything about this place is 5 stars! The hotel facilities are excellent there is no better place to wake up in Milos! I can’t wait to come back! Thank you to the wonderful staff here for making my stay so memorable!

When we first arrived it was late at night and we were checked into a lower level room, not the room we actually booked. The next day they moved us to an upgraded room since the one we actually booked wasn’t available. Staff was apologetic and gave us a credit. The views are amazing but there is nothing close by you need to drive 10-15 min to get to town. Our room pool could have been cleaner found garbage at bottom of pool, even though pool was supposed to be cleaned daily. pool towels were never changed for the three days we stayed there. Staff however was amazing anytime we called for room service or bell hop they were there within minutes. Nikki front end manager was wonderful in helping to get us a car rental and gave us great recommendations for best beaches as well as restaurants.

Positive: Nice architecture and surroundings, really friendly staff and very good food Negative: Room: Many things were highly unpractical like no shade on balcony, door to balcony very hard to handle, balcony gets flooded every time pool is used, noisy pool pump, shower and sink hardly drains, cupboard too small and only 1 drawer in room Housekeeping: Many things like minibar, cups, glasses, toiletries often not replaced/refilled, not enough water provided, many disturbances until service is done Restaurant / Room Service: -Wishes often didn’t work (about every second time): e.g. a certain jam or tea, requesting scrambled eggs (since not listed among the eggs of your choice), having no sauce or no tomato -Room Service provides no plates, no salt/pepper and there is also no table and no chairs in the room or balcony -6 incorrect bills in total due to many versions of the same menu Prices: -Have been raised by 50% since last year (room and food), now incredibly elevated, even for Swiss customers (e.g. Smoothie 14€, Fruit platter 22€, local cheese 26€, Soup 26€, chips - not french fries - 10€) -During the first days many prices in system contradicted prices in menu - Overall impession: whenever a charge can be added it will be added Summary: The value for money is insufficient and the standard doesn't compare to other 5* hotels in Greece. However they really tried their best to improve our stay and to find solutions to the reported issues.
