Left to find a different hotel and only then did we receive a message from them on whatsapp just saying "hi". Staff member who checked us in was bothered that we were mad and told us to speak to his boss so simply said that he was in Japan. No apology. Room was alright. Broken latch of the window was a safety hazard for the kids and there was hair in the beds. TV did not work."

"My issue was with the internet in the room I was given. Arriving late and tired I proceeded to try to have the no Internet issue corrected but after approx 2 hrs I moved to another room. Internet was ok but other issues like no towel's resolved in the morning. "

"Had a great time staying at this service apartment. Top notch amenities, super clean and Sean, the host has provided a great service. Felt like staying in my own home. Location is also very convenient to all tourist areas. Will be back again. "
