"Very nice hotel. Great location on Upper Broadway. Convenient to Subway, buses. Close to Central Park and Museum of Natural History. Good service after initial not so friendly woman at front desk. Second gentleman at desk was very nice and helpful. Nice sized room, with kitchenette and with very nice view. Small bathroom. Good service. Definitely would stay there again!"

"Enjoyed our stay. The first night, there was a party in the room next to ours and couldn’t sleep. Sent a message to front desk and in five minutes, it stopped. Thank you for what you did. Next morning, took a shower and the tub drain wasn’t draining properly. Mentioned to front desk manager and was fixed. Thank you. Beautiful room, nice pillows. Would love to stay again! Thanks so much. Everyone was so kind, too! "

"The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."

"The location of the hotel could not be beat! Right in Times Square within walking distance of so many major sites and right near the metro station. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The check in process however was super slow. The line was extremely long with only 2 people working at the main desk. It took well over 45 min to check in. That being said I would still recommended this hotel to anyone going to New York. "
