"The staff is AMAZEBALLS from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. The manager man at the 3pm cocktail hour was rude beyond what you would expect. The rooms weren't the cleanest but the housekeeping staff was very nice and polite. They could really use more polishing in the room. We shouldn't be able to wipe dirt off dressers and end tables with a washcloth. However we will go back. Those little things didn't change how convenient and centrally located they are much less the awesome...

"The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."

"Great location mean only one block from times square. Easy to access Transit and restaurants. Staff was incredible and our room was cleaned and freshened up everyday. The walls were not very insulated and our neighbors were very noisy and we could hear everything going on outside. That was the only downfall. For the price and location it was well worth it."

"A great place for a first time visit to New York. While the rooms are basic and quite small, you spend such little time at your hotel it has very little impact. Great nights sleep each night and the staff were very friendly, including storing our luggage and offering providing us a car service to JFK airport heading home.
