"Everything's was great. Stuff is really friendly and let me check out later including holding my things for half a day before my very late flight. Food is good and not overpriced. Also pool and sound are really good to. Great location close to Istanbul mall and Mahmutbay Metro. Also pharmacy is just around the corner, good if one comes for medical tourism like I did."

"I would not recommend this hotel to any one I’ve been staying here for the past 4 years this year hit breaking point last Yh I had a issue with the shower ceiling paint started leaking changed room issue resolved this year I had to call reception for clean towels twice. The safe would not open had an issue had to call 3 times in the space of a hour.
The shower was overflowing outside the door clearly the seals was not maintained my partner slipped on that water chipper her toe which started...

"This is a fairly new hotel and it is working out the 'new procedures' and doing quite well. Our room had a glitch in the air-conditioning system that the staff worked diligently to fix. They offered a different room but eventually came up with an acceptable solution. It's location 15 minutes from the airport and the shuttle service availability was a plus. Nearby were several dining options as well as 'quick shops for those just in case needs. I would stay here again!"

Für den Transfer wurde ursprünglich für den Anreisetag ein Festpreis von 40 € vereinbart. Am nächsten Tag wurde der Preis jedoch plötzlich auf 55 € erhöht. Leider herrscht dort sehr oft ein solches Chaos.

"An unexpected upgrade was a delight. The room was amazing. Wall length desk. Couch and chairs. Refrigerator. Large video screen. Jacuzzi!! Walk in shower. Temperature control kept the room at selected ambiance by Bluetooth! Tech was great. Had dinner and was impressed with the kind service. No wine, so we went across the street to a beat western restaurant. They arranged transfer from airport and back again. Nice!"

I was able to stay connected with the hotel staff via WhatsApp, they responded promptly to every message of mine.
