"Stayed for one night before flying out of London. Nice room and staff."

"Indian restaurant closed which was disappointing as this was a determining factor in my decision to stay. Explanation being ‘they’re doing something in the kitchen’ but not communicated at any point in the booking process. Also never mentioned gym or pool during check in so maybe that was closed too..."

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"

"Terrific VFM hotel option with excellent bus and rail connections to Kew Brentford and onto London. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and bathrooms top quality. "

"Pleasantly surprised by our large air-coned room. Perfect stop for a girly trip of 4 to see Dua Lipa at Wembley. Conveniently situated to subway with a brisk 10 minute walk. We had a drink in the pub attached to hotel but didn’t eat as had already booked food near Wembley, all looked good though. McDonalds nearby so that was our breakfast stop as not included in our stay. Our only disappointment was one of the single beds was collapsing so does need repair. "

"Pretty standard stay for a Holiday Inn. Thought I’d leave a review though as the windows are not well glazed and due to the location can experience a lot of noise from the road below. I wouldn’t return based on this as I do like my quiet for sleep."

"The hotel design and decor is simply gorgeous. Every staff member was wonderfully friendly. I wasn't expecting the spa area to be so lovely! Outdoor space is great, as well as indoor relaxation room. One of the cleanest spa/pool areas I've ever come across! We didn’t try the food so can't comment on that. But would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing break"
