"The touch-screen check-in system worked, except for the number of keys. Who knew that we needed to enter 001 instead of 1? There was NO help available from hotel staff in the lobby. They need to have a LOT more and helpful employees in the lobby to help with check-in.
Check out was easy because the front desk wasn't busy. But we had to call the front desk from the parking lot to get out, while others waited behind us. That system appears to be broken"
"Staff for the most part were very helpful, had great communication but our room was dirty. Shower had hair, walls and carpet had stains. Bathroom over all was dirty and had a clogged sink"
"Room was surprisingly clean. Check in took for ever though, we waited an hour for our room and there was no human interaction unless we asked. Check in was all on kiosk and you had to wait to get a code to then make your own room key. "
"I like the room… clean, big, AC is working well, smell clean and not noisy… bathroom is big, clean and smells clean… has extra BR toilet paper… the only thing I didn’t like is that the water pressure is slow. The cleaning lady is nice and helpful… the front desk staff is accommodating and friendly… answered most of my questions… well recommended! Accessible to almost all … I rate this hotel 4.5/5"
