"Beautiful ocean room and very quiet. Loved the location on the beach and the lazy beach river pool. We also loved that the hotel was walking distance from Whaler’s Village. The food at the poolside restaurant was very good also as were the drinks! All the staff were so friendly and helpful except for the check in guy (around 10:30pm) at night who was not very welcoming and didn’t even smile at us once! "Beautiful clean room. The activities were fun… yoga, hula and ukulele lessons. We were there on a business retreat. The beach was lovely and the pool area was nice. There is a shuttle to the nearby shopping area. "

"The cooking station downstairs allowed for easier food costs compared to eating out every meal and the free laundry mat helped out with the return to home. Pool was fun and they had plenty of events throughout the week like free snowcones and live music. The staff was always friendly especially when there was a problem. A great place to stay!"

The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made the stay special.
