"The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

"There was bed bugs! No housekeeping on a daily basis. Sheets were stained. No one at front desk after 7pm. No breakfast onsite besides the gazebo …not even free water."

"We loved the resort. It was family friendly, and we loved the pond, flamingos, Koi fish, parrots, and of course, the waterslides. The beach was beautiful and didn’t have a big break."

"Property is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in one of the ocean view suites. Rooms could use a little updating. Firepit did not work, furniture was old. At one point during our stay, staff set up a huge double white tent in front of our suite for one and a half days, completely blocking our view, as well as compromising our privacy. Apparently there was a wedding event, but the tent could have been set up in a different location. I did call to complain and the manager did remove all of the hotel...

"Outrigger ruined this property! This used to be my go to resort in Hawaii. They pull scams now. Wanted an additional $3,000.00 claimed it was expedias error. They are under reconstruction and oversold is the real story. The pool is so out of balance it bleached our outfits. The staff seem miserable and unhappy. All the excursions they claim to have they don’t have the staff to support them. The ones they do have are 4 times the price. You can literally book them independently and save a ton of...

"Quiet and clean! Spent the week with my daughter and had such a wonderful vacation. Located on the west side of Maui, near so many sandy beaches and restaurants. Snorkeled at Black Rock beach and swam with the sea turtles and fish only found in Hawaii . The condo had a full kitchen that we used through-out the stay. We never ran out of things to do. There were sea turtles on the beach on the condo property. Spotted whales and dolphins off the coast from our balcony. We looked forward to...
