"When we first arrived I was like what did I book for us. The outside looks alittle run down , could use alittle sprucing up. The rooms were great. It was a really nice, big, clean room the bed was comfortable. They had a good size fridgeannd they were right across the street from the beach. It was just a few feet and you are at the beach. We stayed there 2 days before going to our timeshare for a week. I would highly recommend this resort. Thanks for a great stay."

"I loved the proximity to Whaler Village where it was only a few minutes away! The beach was right by our doorstep and so was the pool and the hot tub. It was unfortunate to not have any housekeeping service throughout our six night stay. I was surprised to be among time share owners and felt a bit awkward whenever I used the pool and hot tub. Four out of six nights did a big group of time share owners seem to have their private party in the shared/common areas."

"Great property! Self check-in is quick and easy. Bell service takes luggage and any kind of groceries up to the room. Pools and beach access was a dream. Would definitely recommend to families!"

"Being on the beach was key. Hotel staff were excellent, though noticed a couple of things which seem to slip and probably due to Covid and now Trump. I had to call for housing keeping for towels as no one showed up first first 5 days. The dryer door came off in the hinge at top (just needed screws tighten). The room was good, but a couple of things which were needing attention, this is not a 4.6 star .... closer to 4. Though I'm sure when travel to US is not an issue, this beautiful place...

"The GM , Ruby, accommodated us when we were not feeling well and got us checked in early. That’s the kind of service that goes above and beyond! We will be back time in time again! "

"I arrived at night and didn’t realize there wasn’t a front desk. My phone had no signal, so I couldn’t make a call. A guy who lived there was outside and let me borrow his phone, so I was then able to call and get instructions. There was apparently a key box, and they gave me the code. However, I couldn’t figure out how to open the key box, so I went back to that same guy, and, between the two of us, we figured it out. It was very frustrating getting inside, but once I did, I really liked...

"Loved everything about the stay and property. Just a slight issue with the designated parking we were assigned to. Out of the four days, a car was parked on our designated parking for 2 days and no one was available to speak to about it on grounds office. "

"When booking we were not informed of no air conditioning. My wife has asthma and she can not stay in any unit without A/C. As per the unit! It was nice, Not beachfront as stated! BUT! Jimbo, your manager was absolutely great. He helped us in every way to locate another unit etc. etc. You have a great employee!!! Regards; Dean"

"I didn't like the fact that what I thought I booked was a hotel room, but in fact was a unit independently managed by Vacasa. That should be disclosed before the booking, not after."
