L’établissement mérite d’être rénové, les chambres sont vétustes, le papier peint est sale et taché, les équipements laissent à désirer. Mais petit point positif à la gérante qui essaye de trouver des solutions.

Quand on arrive vers 17h et que l'affiche à l'entrée de l'hôtel indiqué ouverture à 18h30, ça fait long à attendre un jour de pluie. Jamais vu ! Bon il y a un bon café pas loin pour boire un 'Chocolat chaud'

Très mauvaise expérience. Là chambre était loin de l hôtel dans un vieux bâtiment type hlm. Là chambre sentait le vieux , tout était vieux . La tapisserie était déchirée , la douche moisie etc. Nous avons aussi testé le restaurant : plats corrects mais personnel pas très agréable, beaucoup d erreurs de service, de la sauce renversée sur la nappe lors du service etc… Bref à éviter

La jolie photo sur l'annonce tranche avec cet hotel très vieillot, d'un confort d'un autre âge. Accueil très moyen, il a fallu attendre 10 minutes qu'une personne débordée arrive. 2 étages à monter sans ascenseur. Chambre vieillotte, les murs sont affreux, isolation médiocre, pas de clim. Très décevant. Pas de linges de toilettes fournis, il a fallu les réclamer...

Les oreillers sont extremely fins. Les chambres sont toutes petites, avec à peine assez d’espace pour circuler, les chambres du haut n’ont aucun air, donc si il fait chaud, la chaleur est décuplée. Et il n’y a aucun accès handicapé

Tres bon hotel

Une chambre confortable, un service adorable. Arrivé relativement tard, la responsable a rouvert sa cuisine pour nous servir a diner... Le sens du Service qui transforme cette chambre - somme toute standard, en un hotel a recommandé. Attention cependant peu de place de parking

Sans titre, sans gloire.

Pas de climatiseur. Robinetterie défaillante (baignoire). Accueil peu chaleureux. Escaliers trop raides pour ceux qui ont des difficultés à se déplacer. Impossibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Les stores ne tiennent pas à la hauteur désirée. Ménage fait correctement.

Argentat gym

Nous avions réservé 2 chambres juste pour une nuit. La literie est confortable sur les lits, moins sur les canapés lits. Il faisait très chaud dans les chambres même en baissant le chauffage. Le gros point négatif est le petit déjeuner, très cher, 10.5 euros!! (même tarif pour les enfants) et il manque de diversité à ce prix là !
