"Very nice hotel and the staff are very helpful, breakfast was out of expectation. We stayed in the room with 3 single beds, the space was too small and we can only open one luggage. We enjoyed to use their onsen. The only thing to complaint is they will charge you if you leave your luggages in the hotel."

"They did all of the little things right which adds up to a wonderful experience. Especially the staff they were Beyond helpful kind thoughtful and wanted to make sure we were well taken care of. "This is a great hotel. All of the front desk staff can speak English and they're all super helpful. One girl helped me break a 5000 yen bill with change from her own wallet because they had just shut down the front desk at 10 pm and their petty cash drawer was already closed but she happily helped me and I was thankful because I really needed to do laundry that night.
