"Convenient location and very accommodating and helpful staff. They provide some nice extras such as simple but unlimited snacks and drinks available during our stay. Also at the reception floor also basic items such as hair ties, razors, etc. It was handy and nice to have on hand if needed. The hotel is kept nice and tidy. Its the small offerings that made it unique and a nice touch."

"This hotel is in an excellent location very near the train station. Room is small but adequate and very quiet. Many restaurants within walking distance and a great breakfast buffet at the one attached to the hotel. Several sites within walking distance. Excellent choice. Staff very helpful."

"Exceptional - very clean, well maintained, helpful and courteous staff. Bed and bedding was excellent, and bathroom was really nice- updated and spotless. Cafe / restaurant was nice also. Afternoon Tea was very good. I would have liked to seen a little better equipped fitness center. It was very clean and well maintained, but small- and could have used some free weights. Overall a great property, and so conveniently located next to Tokyo station."
