"This is such a convenient hotel to stay at since it is right next to Tokyo Station. You are able to take a train straight to Narita Airport. The hotel is a bit pricy but because it’s a fancy hotel with great staff who go out of their way. The rooms themselves are also great and the view on either side is also wonderful. If you are on the garden view side, the only negative thing I can think of is that you will hear the train but it’s nothing you can’t ignore since it’s not too loud. I haven’t...

"We loved this hotel! The room was spacious, immaculate and comfortable with a spotless well-designed bathroom. The location was perfect: next to the train station and subway (and you couldn't hear anything inside your room). We chose not to do the breakfast plan but had breakfast in the hotel twice-which I highly recommend. It was expansive and delicious. Best of all are the concierges who had great recommendations, got us reservations at at wonderful restaurants and helped us plan oour routes."

The location is also very convenient — especially if you’re traveling back to Narita Airport, as the T-CAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) is just a short walk away. "The room was small but clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to the main station and we frequented the restaurants in the basement of the station which were very tasty, cheap and had a great selection of food. Also close to all attractions. "

"The room is little bigger then regular Japanese room size it can fit 2 medium size suitcase and still has room to walk around a 7 eleven just downstairs subway station a few minutes away. If you love Donki store Uniqlo flagship store all about 15 to 20 min walk away."
