"Very comfortable and quiet room. Loved the self-serve well stocked toiletry choices. Close access to subway, Tokyo station and direct access to 7/11 and coffee/breakfast restaurant. Great location overall."

"It was excellent, and I am told by Japanese friends that this was the best APA hotel they have seen. Three problems: 1) The windows didn't open 2) The A/C on the room only made it cooler, not hotter. There was a dial to adjust the temperature, but the man at the front desk told me that did not work. You could only make it cooler. This seemed very strange. But he kindly gave me a plug-in heater for my room. 3) The ELEVATORS ARE A MESS. It takes a long, long time for the to come and then sometimes they are so full you can't get in. 4) The hotel needs to make it clear to guests that there are TWO Ryogoku stations, one for the Metro and one for JR trains. My first night, the man at the desk did not ask my which one I wanted, and he sent me to the wrong one. "

"It was amazing, easy access to my from Shibuya and Shinjuku and Tokyo train station I love that hotel and I’m serious going to be a member so I’m going to be a member when I go home and sign up to it. I want to choose that hotel again when I come back "

"It was in a very good location for us, as we arrived to Tokyo station, about 15 minutes walk. And left from the hotel to Narita airport, taking the direct metro, only few minutes walk from the hotel. Good bread, coffee and hot chocolate offered for breakfast. Confortable bed."

"This is a lovely property in a good location. The rooms were clean and well furnished with everything we needed (and then some). The staff were very professional and friendly. Loved the fact that after we checked out we were able to leave our baggage with the hotel staff and were free to wander and explore Tokyo before our next train trip. Also LOVED the choice to have either American or Japanese breakfast. We recommend you try the Japanese breakfast which was delicious!"
