Breakfast was included which was a full buffet breakfast with all the trimmings. All of the staff were friendly and went the extra mile to provide excellent service. "Hotel only one floor and they have only one small elevator and no concierge in this hotel when you come by car you cannot stop near the hotel must be your stop far like 100 or 200 m after that you take all your luggage from the car to hotel I think this not hotel this only pension because only one floor"

"Only complaint is it is impossible to get a taxi or uber to come out for local travel. They are happy to come to take you to Roma or airport, but refuse to show for around town trips."
