"We found out on the 2nd day that you have to request your room to be cleaned. No one tells you when you check in. We asked for it to be cleaned and fresh towel plus coffee for the next morning. No one came to clean it or bring us fresh towels. We had a kitchenette they never came in to take the garbage. ..."

"The room was very clean, the staff were helful and kind. This is a location that offers so many amenities for all ages. The Hot pools and the hot tubs were clean and well looked after. We spent every day in them for the 6 full days we were there. We will be going there again for sure!"
