"We had a lovely stay. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food and service were impeccable. We would stay there again if we returned to Parksville."

"On the big beautiful Beach! We arrived early , just hoping to park our car so we could head out to play but staff was right on it and got us into our room so quickly which made our stay! Good size rooms with deck, great bed and view. Restaurant bar right out front great food service and views . I would like to go again!"

Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort

"The townhome itself was very nice, very clean. But staff at the resort were not very helpful. We stayed there for two nights. Every day the pool was out of pool towels. We went the front desk where the staff was no help. They told us that housekeeping was in charge of the towels. When checked out, the front desk staff member told us that management would be contacting me but it's been a week and I have not heard back from the resort."
