"Very bare bones accommodation. Fridge, stove, microwave. No utensils, no cups, glasses of any kind. Each room overhead light is quite obnoxious. Dimmers would help a lot as there are no lamps. Towels etc were supplied, but the bath had no towel racks. Hooks are on the back of each door. My room directly face a major construction project. Super noisy. No complementary coffee maker coffee tea or anything. Beds are comfortable, no housekeeping. It's students residences converted into make shift...

"Check in process was a complete nightmare. Couldn’t get a key to the room for 3 hours. The limited parking advertised is non-existent. Staff at the property aren’t helpful at all. Hidden charges after booking on Expedia. Communication with property was terrible. Prepare to wait very long for a crowded elevator as well. Overall a really horrible experience."

"Location was great, very close to metro. Staff were kind and friendly. Cleanliness not so good. Dirty dishes, towels and bed linen with stains or not clean. Pots, pans etc available upon request but not convenient when needing to ask for every items needed. They advertise full kitchen which is why we booked but did not feel the convenience of it."

"The communication between the people who own this property and rented out and myself was terrible. They waited until the last few days to collect information. I was already on my way to my trip and didn’t wanna take the time to send them photo IDs, etc., etc. when I’m already traveling to that destination it took us at least three hours to get into the unit once we arrived. They did not leave us the fob for the parking area or send us the letter about it. Ask for a refund a partial refund anyway...
