Only problem was that there was no phone number to contact once I had booked until after I also completed the damage deposit process, and I had trouble with that, so we were stuck. Luckily, we went there and managed to find someone to help, but this was a bit of stress that could have been avoided, had they just given a phone number with the reservation confirmation. "Great hotel, well appointed comfortable rooms, bed. Located close to arena and ballpark, close to waterfront. Proximity to parkway produce traffic jams so getting an Uber difficult at certain times - no problem if you’re walking. Did seem to be a significant number of drivers trying out their high powered cars late or early - quite noisy that way."

"We were able to check in early, which was fantastic, however there was very loud drilling while we were trying to relax in our room. I emailed the concierge asking how long the drilling would continue, but received no reply. We ended up going out 2 hours earlier than planned because the drilling was so disruptive. "
