"Gorgeous view of Bras d'Or Lake, from our room on the second floor, of the MacDonald House. The property was sprawling, beautifully landscaped and manicured. The Complimentary breakfast was much appreciated. The staff was very friendly and courteous."

"Family of 4. This was an unexpected stop for us and it was the nicest Super 8 we've ever stayed at. Possibly the nicest stay of our 8 day trip to NS/NB. It was clean and well-kept. The staff was very friendly. They had lots of options for snacks in their "store". It's near the highway - I was the only one in my family to notice the road noise at night.
