"Staff was nice. Room was clean. Not sure why I was allergic to the pillows. Never had that happen before. Stuffed up all night and cleared up when I got up. Noisy neighbours in next room and noisy people talking outside casino until 1:30 AM. No I didn’t report it because it’s been my experience that only makes it worse. It’s disappointing to pay over $500 for two nights and get almost no sleep."

"Right in the middle of town. Close to everything. Passing through for a one night stay. Beds were comfortable. Had a ceiling fan which was quiet and we chose the ceiling fan over the loud portable wall AC unit. Walls are thin. Heard screaming baby and crying toddler for over an hour at night (8:30-10P) but they quiet down after 10P and hotel was fully booked. Heard baby cry again at 2AM. Luggage bench needs vacuuming as the crevices had a lot of dust and dirt. "

"Our experience was not good. We arrived early in the evening after a day in Waterton Park. The bathtub drain was not draining well the water from the shower and my feet were always inside the soapy water. My wife found a spider inside the pillowcase and we found hair on the bed sheets. I'm sorry to say that I wouldn't come back or recommend it."

"This property is very old and rundown and in need of a lot of repair and upgrades. The deck is rotten and nails are protruding. The room #12 was very disappointing as I booked a suite, and what I got was barely a room. Tiny, no room to move, table and chairs falling apart, 1 of 2 windows did not open so no ventilation. Very stuffy with no desire to stay in the room. The carpet is very old and worn. No ice bucket. No staff or services. Everything required a trip across the street, check in/out,...

"Comfortable, clean and well kept. Complimentary breakfast was only from 7 am to 9 am, which is a bummer for early risers."
