The property itself is old and the rooms could use a refresh—but considering the Sheraton has 1000+ guest rooms and the place was BUSY—I think that the room rate is an incredible value. "Great location, beautiful hotel, easy check in and out. The bed linens were horrible; flat sheet used instead of a fitted, on top of it was another flat sheet, then a thin blanket, on top of the blanket was another flat sheet (very messy). There were no extra blankets in closet, when I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work. Also, housekeeping didn’t check on the room while we’re were out which was annoying because those bed linens were a disaster."

"The front staff and door help were very nice. The indoor pool area needed some attention. The outdoor pool was nice. The restaurant food was lackluster and not flavorful, but the server was great. Housekeeping didn’t come unless I called. There needs to be more places to hang towels if no one is coming to change them daily. The location was nice. We had a nice patio and would’ve lived some chairs out there."

"I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. No effort was made whatsoever to help guests except the easy response of saying a sharp "NO" with a stuck-up face. Finally passed the check-in time, 3 pm, but my room was still not ready. I told...
