"Really quiet location. Reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Gave us dining recommendations. Also, there is a FREE SHUTTLE to several sites in Kyoto. We took advantage of the free shuttle and it was fantastic. It was going to places we were planning on visit. We will definitely stay here again."

"The property was in great condition very modern. Overall very clean and offered clean towels for everyday. Beds were comfortable. Huge pro was onsite free laundry with washers and dryers available. Nijo castle bus stop is across the street very convenient to get where you need to go or connect. Staff was very friendly. "

"Veldig fin, praktisk, ren leilighet i et forretningsstrøk nært det meste. Frokoststeder, restauranter, butikker rett ved. Togstasjon ligger innen 5 min gåavstand og tar deg kjapt til f.eks. Namba og alle andre steder. Prisvennlig! Vi likte alt med dette oppholdet og kan anbefales videre!"

"This is one of the best places me and my partner have stayed at and one we will be coming back to the next time we are in Kyoto. From the moment we arrived Keiko provided us with exceptional service. We asked her for a recommendation for katsu and she suggested a spot on the Michelin guide. We realized it was about to close for the afternoon and without hesitation she called the restaurant and we were able to have the best meal of our whole trip."

"From check in, spacious room (triple beds), washing machine in side the room, balcony, additional tatami space, locked up storage (before checkin till 17.00) to checkout via barcode, everything is highly efficient and very very bery easy. No human intervention needed at all. The only thing is road noise since our room is facing the road. You can literally hear some passerby's conversation and all the vehicle noise. But will definitely come back again. We love it!!! "

"Stayed for family of 5 in a room. The check in process is a bit confusing. But we finally figured out how to contact someone on the IPad provided at the front desk. Overall, the space and size of the place is just right. It is close to transportation and convenience store which is a plus. The cost for the value is ok, a little higher than I expected. Overall good experience. "

"This hotel was great. In a quieter neighborhood. Large enough for us 5. Amenities were great. Beds were comfy. Very clean. Location was good enough. Walking to Dotonbori was around 15-20 minutes. Would stay here again."
