"Everything was good . Shopping malls are nearby . Customer service are friendly. We supposed to check in at 3 and we came at 2.15 and we need to pay $10 RM (no receipt)for early check in. Plus deposit of $100RM(given receipt ). $100RM will be returned upon check out. "

Except a small feedback, upon check in, perhaps the cleaner just cleaned up the room, so in the master room toilet there is some bits of water on the floor that did not dry up totally. That may be hazardous to cause guest to slip and fall, esepcially if there are seniors. The kitchen utensils are not enough for a bigger group of guests. Other than that, the rest are great!"

"Booking was done for 2 adults and 1 child but when requested for an extra towel the management asked to pay RM10 for an extra charge. The room condition was fair. The same goes for the meal (buffet breakfast and dinner). Overall, nothing great. "

"I put my heavy luggage there for a short trip to spore and upon returned to c/i, nothing missing. At some hotels i stayed previously, some petty items missing like mini honey , old clothes etc.... very rare for such incidents nvrtheless nothing missing. But i mentioned before, got ciggy smell w my previous check in, strict implementation should be there since the corridor no aircond and there is a healthcare wellness for women and children centre, the smell can seep into the room.
