Hotel Rotana di Istanbul

"There is no walking path to the Mall of Istanbul from the hotel. The only way is via vehicle or taxi. The hotel location is very bad and taxi drivers get lost finding the hotel. The service is horrendous for a 5 star hotel. The hotel should be rated a 3 star hotel. It took almost hour and a half for room service. The rooms are not sound proof, you can hear all the noise from adjacent rooms. Overall, had one of the worst experiences in my hotel stays."

"The room is clean and good size except the air conditioner always have problem, low air flow and not always cool. As for breakfast descent and good. The value personal are great and room service."
