"1) I have loved and enjoyed this place for many years; however, this last trip failed to meet the standards of previous trips, which took time and money away from other parts of my stay. 2) On every previous trip, there has been a phone charger, a dresser, a note pad, tissues, and a desk, but these are no longer available. Can you imagine even a low-budget motel not offering a place for folded clothing? 3) There seemed to be a lot of noise this time that I do not remember from previous trips. It may have something to do with the thinner drapes, though the drapes did block out the light very well"

"Nice pool and hot tub. Comfortable room. Breakfast was just ok but still appreciated that it is included. Parking very tight."

"This location is excellent. You can walk to the beach, the wharf, restaurants. The price is amazing for Santa Barbara. The worst part was the bathroom. Paint peeling off the wall, the shower curtain didn’t stretch the length of the curtain rod or stay in place so it was impossible not to get water on the floor. There was some miscommunication and we were supposed to get a cleaning on the second day but it didn’t happen. Some homeless camped out on the street next to this place, but not too bad. Breakfast was not great, there was not any meat or eggs. Overall I don’t think I would stay here again."
