"The woman at the front desk was very nice. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The hotel itself is very hip and in a great part of town. Easy walk to two trains, rent a bike outside and a delicious bakery one block down. "

"This is a very nice hotel, well-located in Osaka. There is a Metro station only a 4-minute walk from the hotel and a 7-11 across the street. The staff was very courteous and my room was clean and in excellent condition. I stayed on the 15th floor and noise was not a problem. A nice perk is the bar of complimentary beverages (coffee, tea, juices) in the lobby. The one drawback is that we weren't ever able to get the shower heads to stay in place at an angle. However, overall I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Osaka. "
