Love this mimaru location, 3 min to Shinsaibashi Shopping district and we can take the stroll all the way to Namba. Close to two subway stations : Shinsaibashi and Nagaboribashi (closer). Wonderful multi-lingual staff, extremely helpful and accommodating. With two young kids, the room is roomy and comfortable. Kids and us had a great time staying at this hotel. I would suggest the hotel have Chromecast for rent or enable some sort of streaming platforms. The TV selection is limited for foreigner. That being said, one should never stay at the hotel watching TV, Osaka is too much fun to stay in the room.

We are a family for 4thst stayed at Mimaru for the first time. We enjoy the spacious suite, the cleaniness as well as the attentive hospitality from the staff. The front desk staff, Hao, offered excellent service and info that made our stay enjoyable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Downside was the toilet which had an unpleasant sewer smell. The bathroom was pretty small for a family of 7. Was quite a bit of noise from the floor above - loud footsteps until 2am. It would’ve been more comfortable to have a little extra room in the bedroom with 4 beds.
