"The location is PERFECT!! You are right in the middle of all the action. The nice thing is even though you are on a busy street, you couldn’t hear any of the noise from outside. The amenities they offered were extensive. The staff was nice. The room was good, there was space to put our two large suitcases. I would recommend this hotel."

"El lugar es perfecto, la ubicacion es excelente y las habitaciones muy lindas pero tuvimos un incidente en la recepcion el dia que llegamos estaba lloviendo y le pedi una sombrilla a la chica de la recepcion (eran las 5 pm y no le pedi su nombre) y me dijo que no tenian, y a los 5 minutos un chico japanes le pidió una sombrilla y se la dio, yo le volvi a pedir y me dijo otra vez que no tenia, otra chica japonesa le pidio una sombrilla y se la dio a ella, le volvi a pedir una sombrilla y me dijo que era la ultima, una pena que un hotel tan lindo no tenga más control con su personal, fue muy desagradable."

"Great hotel but the cleaning people are annoying knocking even with do not disturb signs and coming in our room to empty garbages an refresh towels even when we say no and are literally inside of it lounging. Lol. Weird. Happened every day for a week. And when we’d say we’re here for another hour they’d keep knocking no matter what every single day. "
