"The location is convenient, with shopping within a good distance. However, the room shows signs of water damage. The restroom is uncomfortably small—you can’t sit properly, and your head nearly touches the wall. The ceiling fan looks dusty enough that you wouldn’t want to touch it. On the positive side, the staff are friendly and helpful. "

"My wife and I have stayed in this hotel for 6 times in the last two years whenever we come to Hong Kong. The hotel is located at a quiet area but only 2 minutes walk to the bus and tram stops, staffs are excellent, very helpful. The front desk representatives are very polite and cheerful. The managers Mr. Cheng and Billy are wonderful executives.
