When I then requested the offline check in form by texting as instructed the host was rude and replied that:- 1. Reservations needed to be made earlier. 2. One night stays were not allowed 3. "Wonderful property a few minutes walk from a tube station that gets you right into the center of London in a flash. Property was very comfortable and relaxing after a long day touring the sights in London. "

"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful!
