"Woman at the front desk possibly the owner was absolutely amazing. We got there a bit early and without questions she gave us the keys to our room. She was so friendly. The place was clean and appeared to be extremely modern and newly renovated. The location could not be better we walked everywhere. I will be returning and staying here again."

"The room was right along the road and you could hear traffic all night long. Even using a speaker with background noise, it was very loud in the room. We did not get any sleep that night. The room was cutely decorated, but you could tell it was done a few years back. There was dust on the ceiling fan fixture, the blades and any surface. The room really needs a deep cleaning. "The room was clean and cozy. We visited in summer months so we did not need the fireplace but it did make the room feel very cozy - we enjoyed the cookies at check in as well as the coffee and tea bar in the room. The bathroom was nice and roomy and the property was well maintained. Will stay again when in Tahoe"

"Liked the spacious spa and shower combo in the cabin room I stayed. Location is very good. McDonald and IHOP is only a few steps outside. You can walk to the Marina for boat ride, nice restaurants or just to enjoy the scenery. Free bike is a bonus if you can use it. Comfortable lounge provides coffee in the morning. You can chat with other travelers if you are social."

I was given no evidence, no proof, and no opportunity to properly dispute the claim. I was absolutely not responsible for the damage, yet I was treated as if I was guilty by default.
