My long weekend at Oresund Hotel in Landskrona.

I had a very good stay at hotel oresund, everything was great. If I could just give a suggestion, it would be nice to have some bottled water to drink at nighttime. I had to keep boiling the kettle to get drinking water. Also, I am a tea drinker and when I tried to have a cup of tea at breakfast, it tasted disgusting. The water tasted of coffee or something horrid. Apart from that, the food was delicious in the restaurant and my overall stay was lovely.

The hotel is lovely, prime location downtown by the water. Breakfast was great, although the atmosphere is a bit like a cafeteria. The room was nice, had a small but useful balcony (right beneath the floating roof pool, so we had … views). We chose the public kaltbad with sauna over the hotel spa ourselves. The bathroom gets very wet when you shower. All in all a great to-night stay and a good base for enjoying quaint Landskrona

All in all a good experience but with some issues. The trash can in the bedroom was not emptied before we arrived. Also the breakfast had egg shells in the scrambled eggs and sand in the mushrooms with leak.

The receptionist was very un professionals and rude in dealing with the customers. The door card was getting deactivated again and again it was so annoying and on the top receptionist was rude.

Poor communication and disappointing spa

Stay was ok, but not great. Reception lacked normal service level communication and kindness except for night porter. No prices on mini bar in room and also no info of if it's complimentary. Breakfast schedule apparently is different during summer but no information about that either. Info in room said 6.30. Hotels.com webpage lists snack/deli and coffee/tea facilities. These are for all to buy. But looks complimentary on the page. Will say that for junior suite and what we paid, I had expected a bit more kindness, communication, and maybe something extra in the room to welcome you. Spa was so disappointing. Jacuzzis did not work, they refused that they were not working, but called repair and did not communicate. And who has 4 warm pools and nothing chill? We had a scalp/face massage that was a joke, but body massages that were really good. Will not come back as it's too expensive for what we got.

Et helt fantastisk ophold.

Super lækkert hotel, hvor servicen er i top, og maden ligeledes. Vi ankom lidt senere end forventet, og fik bare rykket vores spa tid uden problemer. Selve spa oplevelsen og det udendørs bassin er super! Morgenmaden er ligeledes helt i top. Der er alt hvad hjertet kan begære og det er hyggeligt at sidde og kigge ud på bådene der ligger til.

Mycket strul och dålig parkering.

Strul vid incheckning. De hade inte uppdaterat vår bokning. Efter många om och men så fick vi tillgång till rummet. På väg ner i garaget fungerade inte nyckeln. När vi kom till rummet så var det inte städat. Ner till receptionen igen och nytt rum. Detta var ok men inte mer. Frukosten var inget vidare. Hade laddplats för bilen. Laddningen var max 3,5 KWh/timme. Fick ladda upp ute på stan för att kunna ladda fullt på nätterna. Parkeringsplatserna var jättetråkiga och svårt att parkera en normal stor bil.

Mycket dåligt och dyrt!

Fiasko! Rummet ok, men som vanligt tör tjocka kuddar. Frukosten riktigt undermålig. Mycket dåligt utbud, inga nybakade frallor o väldigt lite att välja på. Flottiga pannkakor och dålig bacon. Väldigt dyrt hotell sett till vad man går. 2400kr borde ligga på omkring 1200kr istället. Spaet var värdelöst. En bastu, två varma små badkar inomhus utan bubblor och två varma pooler utomhus…Kallas det för ett spa? Ingick inga hudprodukter eller nånting. Duscharna var halvt sönder…235kr/person för spaet är skandal och absolut inte värt pengen.

Spa oplevelsen krævede ekstra indsats

Vi havde et godt spa ophold med fred og god service. Dog var det lige forvirrende, hvordan vi fik adgang til spa området. Hotellet slår sig op som spa hotel, men det skal tilkøbes inden ankomst. Det samme gælder forskellige behandlinger. Det fremgik ikke tydeligt på hotels.com og da vi ringede derom dagen inden ankomst, virkede de irriterede i receptionen. De henviste til spa afdelingen - som om hotel og spa ikke var den samme virksomhed. Badeværelses døren bandt og var svær at lukke.
